“Igloo dining” used to be only available in a few NYC locations (like 230 Fifth’s rooftop and City Winery’s pop-up in Rockefeller Center), but now there are tons of places across the city where you can curl up in a cozy dining bubble or igloo!

Grab a stunning glimpse of the Empire State Building at these freshly launched igloos in Chelsea! Situated on the rooftop at the Renaissance NY Chelsea Hotel, Somewhere Nowhere’s 8 warm igloos are a festive way to spend a night out with friends. Each teardrop igloo seats a maximum of five guests for two hours, and there are even food and drink to order too. Gather some friends, make a reservation, and try out one of their holiday cocktails like the Forbidden Apple or Queen of Hearts!

Bryant Park actually has multiple different “igloo dining” options! Rent one at their iceless Curling Cafe, or dine in one at the Bryant Park Grill, OR enjoy one right outside the ice rink!

4. City Winery, Rockefeller Center

5. Chalet de Ning, Midtown

Get ready to arrive in the Swiss Alps, because the new Chalet de Ning at The Peninsula is a gorgeous and warm igloo you need to see to believe! Serving Alpine-inspired delicacies and chic specialty cocktails, this dome will transport you to a Swiss ski lodge in no time. It’s no surprise why Mr. Purple is one of our favorite winter rooftop bars, and their chalet opening up next week gives us even more of a reason why!
