But Netflix did say a lot of people have called in regarding the same issue. Hi, I too have this issue after install of Windows 10 on new buy pc, and similarly have tried reinstalling, and run Windows 10 app trouble-shooter with no results or success. I’ve tried searching for other sources of support with issue but drawn a blank so far. I’m in UK. Same issue here. Fresh install of Windows 10 yesterday and Netflix starts and goes away within 5 seconds or so.

Funny thing is I had a fresh install of Windows 10 on the 29th which dies yesterday morning. Thousands of event viewer errors after installing Cinema 4D.

An important application i use for work. I have not reinstalled it yet. When i had that that install of windows 10, the Netflix app worked perfect. Now its is doing what everyone here is saying. Came back in and resumed watching. After seconds of playback, the screen went black, still had audio. If I touched the screen, the video playback came back. Once the toolbar auto-hides again, seconds of video playback, and then black screen again. Online chat with Netflix support.

When I got too annoyed by it I ended up calling Netflix support and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was Windows 10 it’s self. That I have to contact Microsoft to get it fixed. I have the issue on a tablet with the app, I have found that it does work fine using Edge, which would lead me to believe its an App issue. Has anyone else tried it that way.
